Sen teaching assistant

We at The Teach Team have ans SEN support role throughout Birmingham and Coventry. We are open to considering people from different types of backgrounds that all have the desire to support and work with children with SEN. Working with SEN children across Birmingham, Coventry and Warwickshire can be very rewarding, which requires a strong passion for dealing with a variety of different Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Working alongside the class teacher to support the classroom
• Providing support for individual students inside and outside the classroom to enable them to participate in activites
• Supporting Individual children on a one to one basis
• Liaising with teaching staff and possibly parents keeping records fully up to date
• Build and maintaining strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Willing to support pupils with personal care if required

Requirements
• Enhanced valid DBS
• Safeguarding trained (we can support with this)
• SEN experience / knowledge

Role: SEN Teaching Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Days /Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 3.30 pm
Contract: Day to Day and Long Term jobs available
Pay: £85-100 per day dependent upon experience
