Role Overview
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working with primary-aged students in a specialist SEN setting. You will support children with a range of needs, including:
? Autism (ASD)
? Nonverbal communication challenges
? ADHD
? Challenging behaviour

You will work closely with teachers and other staff to provide tailored support, helping students to engage in learning and develop essential life skills.

Requirements
? Relevant SEN qualification
? Previous experience working in a UK-based SEN setting
? Full-time availability
? Full UK driving licence & own vehicle (essential for travel to school)
? Strong behaviour management skills and a patient, compassionate approach
