Job Title: 1:1 Teaching Assistant (Behaviour Management - ADHD Support)
Location: Darwen
Start Date: September 2025

Job Description:
We are looking for a compassionate and proactive 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support a child with ADHD in Darwen. You will be responsible for providing tailored support, focusing on behaviour management strategies to help the child succeed academically and socially in the classroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support to a child with ADHD
• Implement effective behaviour management techniques to encourage positive behaviour
• Support the child's learning, social interaction, and emotional development
• Work closely with the class teacher to create and implement individualised learning plans
• Help foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment
