Salary: £90 to £110 a day

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at [Insert School Name], a thriving and inclusive secondary school. This is a full-time role, running across the full academic year, offering a unique opportunity to work closely with students and help them thrive both academically and personally.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with a range of special educational needs

• Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCO, and external professionals to implement individual learning plans

• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment that encourages student progress and well-being

• Assist with classroom activities and contribute to the planning and delivery of targeted interventions

• A degree (essential)

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN in a school or similar setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A calm, patient, and empathetic approach

• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
