Temporary to permanent post offering routes into teacher training for 2026!! Ideal for graduates looking to gain experience or those looking to gain a teaching accreditation.

Tradewind Recruitment are currently working alongside an Ofsted graded 'Good' SEN school who are looking to appoint two SEN teaching assistants to start in September on a full time basis!

About the school - SEN TA - St Albans, Hertfordshire

This is a supportive and well established school with a great history of training and developing their own internal teachers. With full training and support available this post is open to recent graduates of any degree or those with education / youth work experience.

About you - SEN TA - St Albans, Hertfordshire

• Experience working as a TA/SEN TA/LSA in a primary or secondary school OR hold relevant CACHE qualifications OR be a recent graduate
• Have the academic ability and personality to inspire, engage, and progress students from all backgrounds and of all ages
• SEN experience and knowledge is desirable but not essential - we all start from somewhere!
• Available on a full time basis (Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm)
