Job Summary:
We are seeking a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Royston, Hertfordshire, for an immediate start. This is a full-time position continuing in September, with the potential to become permanent.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-to-one or small group support for pupils with special educational needs

Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities

Monitor and support the pupils' progress and development

Help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

Requirements:

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (Essential)

Experience working with children with SEN (Preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A caring and positive attitude

Commitment to supporting pupils academically and emotionally
