Our dedicated complex needs school is seeking Level 3 qualified Teaching Assistants to join us from September on a full-time basis, with additional opportunities for part-time roles.
About the Role
We have exciting openings for enthusiastic, committed individuals ready to support students with complex autism and a wide range of SEN needs. You will be working in a nurturing environment alongside a passionate staff team focused on inclusion, growth, and meaningful learning.
Who We Are Looking For Candidates should meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or
• Hold a Level 3 qualification in Adult or Children's Care
• Have proven experience working with SEN students, particularly those with complex autism

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
