Location: Oxford
Start Date: September 2025 (or as soon as possible)
Pay: £89.00 - £100.00 per day (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time, Term Time Only

We are currently seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Oxford. This full-time role offers a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with special educational needs in a nurturing school environment.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will be working alongside class teachers and the SENCO to provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups. This may include helping with learning activities, behaviour management, and social development, both in and outside the classroom.

The school is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant who is patient, caring, and proactive. You will need to be flexible and able to adapt to meet the varying needs of pupils across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

Previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant is beneficial, but not essential. The school provides full training and ongoing professional development to help you succeed in the role.
