Salary: Competitive daily rate (based on experience and qualifications) £90 - £100 per day

About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning and development alongside experienced teachers and support staff. You'll help create an inclusive and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and achievement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Provide 1:1 and small group support tailored to individual student needs
• Help maintain an organised, focused, and supportive classroom environment
• Prepare learning materials and classroom resources
• Support children's participation in extra-curricular and social activities
• Work closely with teaching staff to monitor and report on pupil progress
• Promote a positive and inclusive culture where all students feel valued

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or working in a school setting (desirable)
• A genuine passion for education and helping children thrive
• Patience, empathy, and a flexible approach to meeting diverse needs
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to contribute to all areas of school life
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Right to work in the UK
• Relevant qualifications in childcare or education are an advantage
