Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Southend-on-Sea
Pay: £90 - £110 per day
Contract: Full-time, Term-time

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and making a real difference in their education? We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Southend-on-Sea.

• Work closely with the class teacher to support pupils with SEN, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils access learning.

• Assist in managing behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.

• Adapt resources and activities to meet the individual needs of pupils.

• Previous experience working with children with SEN (school, care, or similar setting).

• Patient, resilient, and able to build strong relationships with pupils.

• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.

• Available full-time and committed to the role.

• £90 - £110 per day PAYE, paid weekly.
