SEN Teaching Assistant

Reeson Education is looking for flexible and reliable SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a daily supply basis across primary schools in Waltham Forest from September 2025. This role is perfect for an SEN Teaching Assistant who values variety and flexibility, while still making a meaningful impact supporting pupils with additional needs.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will support children with autism (ASD), ADHD, and SEMH, providing 1:1 and small group assistance to help them access learning and develop confidence. Schools in Walthamstow, Leyton, and Chingford are looking for enthusiastic staff to join their supply pool.

• Daily rate: £82.14 - £100 depending on experience

• Daily supply work - choose the days you want to work

• Support SEN pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

• Gain experience in multiple school settings across Waltham Forest

• Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant or working with SEN

• Patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to learning support

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

• A genuine interest in inclusive education
