Roles may include:

• 1:1 support for pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or speech and language needs

• In-class assistance or focused interventions

• General TA duties with a strong SEN component

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working with children with additional needs in schools, nurseries or care settings

• A calm, caring and patient approach

• Confidence in managing behaviour and working under teacher guidance

• SEN qualifications or training are a bonus
