SEN Teaching assistant - Flourishing primary school in Ealing

Academics are currently working with a vibrant and inclusive primary school based in Ealing, seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join them from September. Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO, you will support pupils with a variety of additional needs, including autism, speech and language difficulties, and behavioural challenges. Your role will be key in promoting inclusive learning and managing behaviour positively.

Location: Primary school, Ealing
Start Date: Immediate or September start
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £90-£110 per day (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils with SEN

• Promote inclusive learning and positive behaviour management

• Help create a supportive and nurturing classroom environment

• Liaise effectively with teachers, therapists, and parents to support pupil progress

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children with SEN in a school or similar setting

• SEN Teaching assistant looking to make an impact in a flourishing primary school

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Good literacy and numeracy skills

• Enhanced DBS clearance
