SEN Teaching Assistant - Full-time or Part-time - Hounslow - September Start

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant looking to support pupils with additional needs? Tradewind is recruiting for SEN TAs across the Hounslow borough for September 2025 to meet the needs of our inclusive and thriving partner schools.

We are looking for professionals with experience supporting neurodiverse children, including those with ASD, global developmental delay, and speech & language challenges.

About the roles:

  • Start: September 2025

  • Role types: Full-time and part-time available

  • Locations: Primary schools across all parts of Hounslow

  • Settings: Mainstream with SEN provision units and inclusive classrooms

Essential experience:

  • Knowledge of individual EHCPs and implementing targeted interventions

  • Experience working 1:1 or in small groups

  • An understanding of classroom routines and supporting teaching staff

  • Confidence managing challenging behaviour in a calm, supportive manner
