Are you a psychology graduate passionate about making a meaningful difference in children's lives? An inclusive Inner London school is looking for a thoughtful and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team on a day-to-day basis from September 2025.

ROLE DETAILS

• SEN Teaching Assistant role suited to psychology graduates

• Inner London location

• Day-to-day cover and short-term assignments available

• September 2025 start

• Pay: £105 - £115 per day, dependent on experience and qualifications

• Work closely with the SEN team and teaching staff to provide personalised support informed by psychological insight

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• Psychology graduate with a strong interest in child development and SEN

• Understanding of behavioural and learning theories applicable to SEN support

• Empathetic, patient, and observant with strong communication skills

• Ability to apply psychological principles to adapt learning and behavioural strategies

• Team player committed to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing

• Willingness to engage in ongoing training and professional development
