Your new role
In this job, you'll play a vital role in supporting children with a range of special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing 1:1 or small group support tailored to individual learning needs
• Assisting the class teacher with inclusive teaching strategies
• Helping to create a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment
• Using your empathy and patience to build strong, trusting relationships with pupils

What you'll need to succeed

• Volunteering or mentoring jobs involving children or young people with additional needs
