? About the Role
As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored one-to-one and small group support for pupils with a range of special educational needs
• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
• Foster a safe, structured, and engaging learning environment
• Support pupils with communication, sensory, emotional, and behavioural needs
• Assist with classroom organisation, resources, and inclusive learning activities

?? What We're Looking For

• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working with children with SEN (in a school or other setting) is highly desirable
• A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential
