SEN Teaching Assistant Level 2

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide group support to children with various needs such as SEMH
• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities
• Help foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
• Support students in their social, emotional, and academic development
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents

What We’re Looking For:

• A Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children with special educational needs (desirable SMEH, Autism and ADHD)
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
• A passion for helping children reach their full potential
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
