Hays Education are working closely with an SEN school based in Stafford who are seeking additional Teaching Assistants to support their classes for a September start. The successful candidate will be working in a special school located in Stafford. This is a supply role with the potential for long-term placement.
School Information: This is a generic secondary SEN school for students aged 11 to 19 with a range of special educational needs. The school supports pupils with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, emotional and behavioural difficulties and other complex needs.
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have experience working with students with special educational needs, possess a patient and understanding demeanour, and be committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
