We’re looking for caring and committed SEN Teaching Assistants to join one of our amazing schools this September. If you’re passionate about helping children with special educational needs thrive in a supportive and inclusive environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting students with a range of special educational needs, both in class and on a one-to-one basis.
• Working closely with teachers to adapt lessons and learning materials to suit individual needs.
• Helping students with their academic work, personal development, and social skills.
• Keeping track of progress and sharing updates with teachers and parents.
• Creating a positive, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
• Taking part in training sessions to build your skills and stay up to date with best practices in SEN support.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role – experience with SEN is a big plus.
• A patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to working with children.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• A genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs.
• An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to get one).
