SEN Teaching Assistants

Horizon Teachers is working with a well-established specialist school in Reigate, Surrey, currently seeking several SEN Teaching Assistants to join their team at a nurturing and well-resourced site supporting children with a range of learning and developmental needs.

This school caters for primary-aged pupils with complex learning difficulties, including Autism, speech and language needs, and sensory processing challenges. The setting is calm, structured, and highly supportive - perfect for individuals who are patient, empathetic, and ready to help children thrive in a specialist environment.

What the school is looking for:

• Teaching Assistants with a genuine interest in supporting SEND pupils.
• Experience in an SEN setting, or personal experience with children with additional needs is beneficial but not essential.
• Calm, consistent, and compassionate individuals who can commit to full-time hours.
• Team players who are adaptable and willing to learn in a therapeutic and specialist setting.
