• Contract: Full-time, fixed-term (September 2025 - July 2026)
• Salary: £46,338 - £60,464 (depending on experience)

SENCO - Role Overview

• Take full responsibility for SEND strategy and provision across the school
• Lead on EHCPs, interventions, and staff training related to SEN
• Work closely with senior leaders and external agencies
• Support class teachers in adapting teaching for pupils with additional needs
• Drive a culture of inclusion and high expectations for all learners as SENCO

SENCO - Candidate Profile

• Must hold a NASENCO qualification
• Prior experience as a SENCO or significant experience in SEND leadership
• Strong understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and statutory frameworks
• Passionate about improving outcomes for pupils with special educational needs
• Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
