You will lead on delivering high-quality support for students with special educational needs and disabilities, ensuring inclusive practices are embedded across the school. Your work will involve:

• Leading the SEND provision and coordinating support across departments

• Monitoring pupil progress and evaluating teaching strategies

• Working closely with our specialist provision teams (PD and SpLD)

• Liaising with parents, staff, and external agencies

• Supporting transitions and coordinating access arrangements for exams

• Line managing inclusion staff and supporting TA deployment

• A qualified teacher with experience or strong interest in SEND

• Excellent communication and organisation skills
