We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN English Teacher to join our inclusive and forward-thinking school in Salford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative team that puts student wellbeing and success at the heart of everything we do.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons to pupils with a range of learning needs (SEMH, ASD, MLD, etc.)

• Develop personalised learning plans in collaboration with support staff and SENCO

• Use a creative and nurturing approach to help students overcome barriers to learning

• Monitor and track student progress, adapting teaching methods accordingly

• Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

• Experience teaching English, ideally within an SEN or inclusive setting

• Strong understanding of SEN strategies and a commitment to personalised learning

• Patience, resilience, and a genuine passion for supporting young people

• Ability to work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team
