Randstad Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Stockport. This full-time, long-term role involves working with children with complex needs, providing essential support to ensure their success in the classroom. If you have at least 6 months of experience working in UK schools and a passion for making a difference, we encourage you to apply!

• Must have an Enhanced DBS check (child and adult) or be willing to apply for one.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience working in UK schools.
• Experience working with children with complex education needs (preferred).
• Able to commit to working long-term/Full-Time.
• Eligibility to work in the UK (ETW).
• Professional references from recent employers.

• Provide one-on-one and group support for children with complex needs.
• Assist in creating and delivering tailored learning plans.
• Support the classroom teacher with lesson planning and behaviour management.
• Assistance with personal care and mobility as needed.
• Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
