SEND TA West Midlands Needed for September 2025

Are you a Teaching Assistant or looking for flexible rewarding work in Birmingham and surrounding areas ? Looking to work with small groups or 1 to 1 with SEND children in Mainstream Primary Schools .

We are currently recruiting teaching assistants to work in Primary schools in the West Midlands that we have worked alongside for many years. We are looking for hardworking individuals who are passionate about supporting SEND children within the classroom. Aspire People are dedicated to helping improve the education of children by helping local schools find the perfect staff. Our consultants go above and beyond to ensure the needs of our staff and our schools are always our main priority.

Our schools are looking for positive individuals who want to keep standards high. We have worked in this area for many years supplying cover of the best standards possible. In doing so we have supported many of the local schools in achieving outstanding inspections and really making a difference to many young children's school lives. This is also a great opportunity for anyone who wants to gain experience working within a school setting or for individuals who would like to work towards becoming a Qualified Teacher.

To become a Teaching Assistant with Aspire you will need;
 Experience working in a similar role.
 Good communication skills and commitment to working as part of a team.
 Show integrity and initiative
 Have a flexible positive approach.
 References to cover 2 years.
 Complete an enhanced DBS check/Have DBS on update system.
