SEND Teaching Assistant

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference to the lives of students with special educational needs, including those with ADHD and ASD. As part of a supportive team, you will help students to thrive academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with ADHD and ASD
• Support students in the classroom, ensuring their participation and engagement in lessons
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver tailored lessons and resources
• Support students with social and emotional development, ensuring their well-being
• Help with classroom management to ensure a focused and safe environment for all students
• Encourage students to develop strong organizational and study skills
