? Healthcare Teaching Assistant – 1:1 Support | SEND School | Weald of Kent ?

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual with a passion for supporting children with additional needs? We are looking for a Healthcare Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming SEND school in the beautiful Weald of Kent area.

?? Location: Weald of Kent
?? Schedule: Monday to Friday, school hours
?? Pay: From £100 per day (depending on experience)
?? Contract: Temporary to Permanent (for the right candidate)

You will be working one-to-one with a specific child, providing essential support throughout the school day. This includes:

• Personal care and physical support
• Assisting with classroom activities and learning
• Promoting independence and confidence
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO

This is a highly rewarding role where you’ll make a real difference in a child’s life every day.

• Experience in a care or SEND setting (preferred but not essential)
• A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach
• Willingness to provide personal care
• A team player with excellent communication skills
