We are seeking a dynamic SEND Teaching Assistant for a full-time role at a specialist site in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working hands-on with children who have complex learning needs.

The Role Involves:

• Supporting pupils with SEND in daily classroom routines

• Assisting with personal care, mobility & behaviour management

• Collaborating with teachers and therapists to meet EHCP goals

• Using clear communication to support engagement and learning

• Promoting a calm, safe, and inclusive atmosphere

You Bring:

• Proven experience in specialist SEND settings

• Moving and handling skills (ideal, but not essential)

• Confident, calm communicator

• A proactive, team-oriented approach

• Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
