What You Will Do:

- Develop physically accurate digital materials using advanced shading networks and a deep understanding of real-world materials.

- Capture physical references for digital reproduction, utilising your expertise in photography, optics, and digital scanning techniques.

- Create complex textures and materials using industry-leading tools such as VRay Renderer, Autodesk Maya, Unreal Engine, and Adobe Substance Designer.

- Manage and maintain the material library, ensuring compliance with technical standards and improving workflow efficiency.

- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality 3D visualisation models for on-board and off-board CGI use cases.

- Contribute to ongoing process improvements to enhance the quality and efficiency of textures and materials delivered by the team.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven expertise in material/shader creation, with a number of years of experience in the CGI industry.

- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.

- Strong understanding of 3D model topology, UV mapping, and the use of UDIMs.

- Experience working to defined processes and technical standards, with a track record of designing and implementing workflow improvements.

- A relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

• Expert in material creation using VRay Renderer with Autodesk Maya
• Expert in material creation using unreal engine
• Expert in Adobe Creative suite (i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Expert in texture creation using Adobe Substance Designer
