Senior Accounts Assistant

The One Group are exclusively partnering with an impressive SME based in Kings Lynn, who have a global reach, in their search for a Senior Accounts Assistant to join the business on a 12-month fixed term contract.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Fridays 8am-12.15pm (36 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Support with the production of monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Cashflow reporting and forecasting
• Overseeing two members of staff
• Assisting with annual audit
• Day to day running of the finance function- purchase ledger and credit control

Requirements:

• Be available at short notice, maximum 2 weeks
• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Ability to work on-site, 5 days per week

Benefits:

• £30,000-£37,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
