Location: Stoke-on-Trent (fully onsite, Mon–Fri)
Contract: Minimum 3 months
Hours: 37 per week
Rate: Competitive (please enquire)
Clearance: Basic DBS required

Are you an experienced administrator looking for your next interim opportunity? Our client is seeking two proactive and reliable individuals to support their busy team on a temporary basis.

The role is focused on administrative and back-office support, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling telephone enquiries and general correspondence
• General administrative and back-office duties
• Delivering excellent customer service in a sensitive and professional environment

Requirements:

• Strong administrative experience, ideally within a public sector or regulated environment
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work onsite full time in Stoke
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly – training will be given
• A valid Basic DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

Additional Info:

• The role requires full-time attendance on site – remote or hybrid work is not available
• Ideal for candidates with public sector experience - though not essential
