Senior Administrator - Public Realm

Our client a Local Authority based in Devon, are recruiting for a Senior Administrator within their Public Realm department.

The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis. The hourly rate for this role is circa £17.84 per hour via an Umbrella Company.

The ideal candidate will have assisted Senior Leadership with their day-to-day activities, overseen an email inbox and handled incoming communications via telephone/in person.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Overseeing the street cleaning email inbox, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with and claims are settled
• Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls from the local population, providing advice on best how to proceed
• Coordinating the street cleaning service, ensuring all areas are covered and the service runs smoothly

Candidate Requirements:

• A willingness to be on site full-time
• A strong ability to carry out administrative tasks
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring uploaded data is correct

Working hours:

• 37.5 hours per week
• Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:00
