Senior BA/PM

We are working with a global financial institution to recruit a dynamic Business Analyst/Project Manager to join their Markets Program Management Team, focusing on delivering Regulatory Control remediation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have prior BA/PM experience and be adept at analysing regulatory texts, proposing solutions for control gaps, validating documents, coordinating meetings, tracking issues, and maintaining progress reports. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in project tracking systems like iCAPs and PTS.
Key Responsibilities:

• Good oral and written communication skills; must be able to articulate issues and provide clear status updates
• Analytical skills with follow-up and problem-solving capability
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Organized and structured approach
• Multi-tasking and keeping track of multiple running threads
• Attention to detail

Essential Criteria

• At least 5 years in BA/PM role in a bank
• Prior experience in Banking Regulations especially MiFIR/MiFID, Risk & Controls
