• Senior Billing Specialist:
• Manage the entire billing process for the company.
• Prepare, review, and issue invoices to clients.
• Maintain accurate records and control reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
• Resolve billing issues and customer complaints promptly.
• Contribute to the development of billing processes and procedures.

Profile

A successful Senior Billing Specialist should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• used Unit 4 ERP ideally
• Experience in a similar role within the professional services industry or law firm is a must
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and billing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
