Service care Solution are currently recruiting for a Senior Broker in Waltham Forest

The Senior Broker will support the commissioning and placement process for vulnerable adults.

Pay rate – £19.39 PAYE / £24.08 Umbrella per hour

Main Responsibilities

As a Senior Broker you will be responsible for:

• Coordinate and manage placements for vulnerable adults across residential, nursing, supported living, and domiciliary care settings.

• Negotiate with care providers to secure high-quality care at competitive rates.

• Ensure all placements comply with relevant legislation, safeguarding standards, and commissioning frameworks.

• Liaise closely with social workers, health professionals, and provider agencies to facilitate timely placements.

• Maintain accurate records of placements, costs, and provider performance.

• Monitor ongoing care packages and escalate concerns around service quality or capacity.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role
• Enhanced DBS
