As the Senior Business Analyst, you will:

• Lead the analysis of complex, multi-layered programmes and projects.

• Build and lead a thriving business analysis community, setting standards and mentoring others.
• Champion user-centred design and agile delivery across multiple product teams.

• Develop and lead the business analyst community, setting professional standards and supporting development.
• Work with senior leaders to define transformation goals and map service redesigns.
• Conduct in-depth analysis across complex business areas to inform service improvements.
• Use data and evidence to guide decision-making and ensure services are accessible and effective.
• Lead the business analysis of high-risk, interdependent products and services.
• Coach senior stakeholders on digital transformation and agile methodologies.

• Deep knowledge of product methodologies, service design, and user-centred design principles.
• Strong understanding of agile ways of working and software development practices.
• Expertise in data-driven decision-making, experimentation, and innovation techniques.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• A solid grasp of modern technology and how to apply it in a public sector context.
• Proven experience leading digital transformation initiatives.
