Senior Business Change Manager

Are you an experienced Business Change Manager/Lead? If so I have an exciting opportunity for you.

The role is a 12-month FTC with a salary up to £58,000 for people outside of the London office and up to £62,000 for those at the London office. This will be a hybrid role with 2x days a week based out of either their London, Cardiff or Glasgow office.

The key responsibility for the role will be responsible for all aspects of Salesforce CRM Programme Change Activities, working closely with the Programme Leadership, agile delivery teams & Partners. You will plan, implement and ensure adoption of Salesforce and scaling of the platform to other users. You will be responsible for the initial awareness and communication to key stakeholders.

Required experience

• Experience working as a specialist change manager with the ability to complete full process/all activities with minimal guidance.
• Experience delivering business change activities, specifically for a salesforce implementation.
• Experience working within a programme team, with sufficient experience and understanding of Agile to know how to adjust the change approach in line with the iterative approach.
• Hands on experience of delivering all the relevant change activities, and content but also able to self-manage and navigate ambiguity.
