Job Description - Senior Business Consultant - Digital Experience

Senior Business Consultant - Digital Experience

Our client is looking for a Senior Business Consultant to drive business value and digital transformation for enterprise clients across multiple industries. This is a high-impact, client-facing role where you will combine digital marketing expertise, business consulting and operational insight to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead discovery workshops and research initiatives to understand client goals, challenges and customer journeys.
  • Collaborate with technical teams and client stakeholders to define ideal-state experiences and actionable roadmaps.
  • Build customer personas, map journeys and identify opportunities to improve digital engagement and business impact.
  • Develop value mapping exercises, prioritising initiatives based on business impact and complexity.
  • Translate insights into user stories, KPI baselines and backlog prioritisation for implementation teams.
  • Assess performance, communicate realised value and guide clients in continuous optimisation of digital programmes.
  • Partner across multiple digital experience platforms, ensuring cohesive strategies across analytics, automation and personalisation tools.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience as a business consultant or in a client-facing role, within a digital agency or enterprise environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing landscapes, including customer analytics, personalisation, marketing automation and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence at C-suite level.
  • Hands-on familiarity with analytics, CDP or personalisation platforms (Adobe or similar).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
  • Self-starter, proactive, confident and able to manage multiple projects and client relationships.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus (German, French, Italian), with flexibility to travel for client engagements.
