Senior Business Process Analyst - Structured Products

This is an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst with extensive process analysis and structured products experience to join a Global Investment Bank for a initial 12 month contract.

What you'll do:

As a Senior Business Process Analyst you will immerse yourself in analysing complex workflows associated with structured products. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve mapping out current processes, identifying pain points through close collaboration with stakeholders, and proposing targeted enhancements that drive operational efficiency. You will partner with IT teams to explore automation opportunities, design improved workflows that incorporate technological advancements, and develop comprehensive guidelines for new procedures.

Experience required:

• Extensive experience working within structured products or the broader financial services sector, demonstrating deep understanding of industry-specific workflows.
• Exceptional analytical skills enabling you to assess complex business processes and identify actionable areas for improvement.
• Proficiency in collaborating with cross-functional teams including IT specialists, automation experts, and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive solutions.
• Familiarity with automation tools and technologies relevant to streamlining financial operations is highly desirable for this position.
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills ensuring effective gathering of feedback and buy-in during process redesign initiatives.
• Experience establishing performance benchmarks for workflow effectiveness as part of continuous improvement strategies.
