Senior Business Support Administrator

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Business Support Administrator to join their SEND Business Support Team. This is a temporary opportunity based at their office Bournemouth, with potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-level administrative and technical support across the team
  • Provide guidance and coaching to colleagues on complex processes
  • Coordinate and support multi-agency meetings, including accurate minute-taking
  • Manage a range of stakeholder enquiries with professionalism and care
  • Maintain and update internal systems and records to a high standard
  • Produce reports and analyse data to support operational decisions
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with data protection protocols
  • Contribute to service improvements through collaborative working

Candidate Profile:

  • Solid administrative experience, ideally qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  • Confident in the use of Microsoft Office and internal database systems
  • Excellent skills in diary management, reporting, and minute-taking
  • Ability to prioritise work, manage deadlines, and work independently
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge of SEND services would be an advantage

Additional Details:

  • Office-based role
  • Travel may be required as part of the role
  • A Basic DBS check will be required
