Senior business support assistant Senior admin

Are you an experienced administrator with great communication skills? Are you willing to work with a Global leading financial institution in a fast paced environment? We have an opportunity for you for a Senior business support assistant position based in Hove, East Sussex.

Role: Senior business support assistant

Location: Hove, East Sussex

Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am-5pm (Hybrid after training)

Pay Rate: £13.49 p/h

Job type: 6 month contract (potential extension)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• The job is mostly admin(about 90% of the time), with very little phone work. They will be handling tasks like processing customer information and responding to emails. The main responsibility is to support the team by making sure customer's accounts are up to date or assisting with other business changes
• There are 3 teamsin the office:

• One team handles payments.
• One team focuses on opening accounts.
• The third team works on updating customer accounts

• The candidate will be assigned to one of these teams initially, but they could move to another team later. Each team has about 10-15 people
