Overview
As a Senior Buyer, you’ll support the development and delivery of our Software category strategy, helping BAE Systems drive value through process improvement, demand management, and smart use of data.
  
Skills 

• Strong data analysis skills
• Experience in procurement and supply chain (MCIPS qualified or working towards is ideal)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing abilities
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work under pressure

  
The Job

• Supporting and delivering the Software category strategy
• Acting as a key contact for Technology Procurement, capturing and managing demand
• Engaging with stakeholders to identify and unlock value through early Procurement involvement
• Building procurement plans aligned with business needs
• Managing relationships across a complex network of internal partners
