Job Description - Senior Childcare Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting on behalf of a popular local authority based in Greater Manchester who are seeking an Senior Childcare Solicitor to join their team on a contract basis. Please find below further details regarding this role.

This role pays a competitive rate of:
PAYE (Inc.Hol) - £44.06 - £48.41 per hour
Umbrella - £50 - £55 per hour

This role requires once a week office attendance and is for 4 months with potential to extend.

Responsibilities as a Senior Childcare Solicitor:

Providing timely, high quality and accurate legal, tactical and strategic advice.
Must have Advocacy skills to represent the Council in contested proceedings.
Dealing with Childcare case loads from start to completion.

About you as an Employment Solicitor:

Must be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with relevant childcare law experience.
MUST hold a practise certificate
Able to Perform advocacy.
