Senior Civil Structural Engineer

Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we are looking for a Senior Civil Structural Engineer to join a leading infrastructure company, in a contract position, outside IR35. This role will require you to work on a hybrid basis from our client’s office in Manchester.

This role offers the opportunity to work on Petrochemical projects within the UK, you will be working alongside a motivating and highly experienced team.

-Hourly rate between £45-55 (depending on experience).

-Hybrid working arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:

-Deliver civil and structural analysis, calculations, reports, and specifications as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team.

-Communicate design intent clearly to BIM teams and collaborate effectively with other engineering disciplines.

-Liaise with construction teams and attend site visits, design reviews, and client meetings as required.

-Support and mentor junior engineers, providing technical guidance and oversight.

-Represent the team with confidence and authority in client-facing situations.

What we are looking for:

-BEng Civil or Structural Engineering.

-Must have extensive experience (5-10 years) as a Senior Civil Structural Engineer.

-Experience working within the Nuclear, O&G, or process industries.

-Chartership with ICE or IStructE preferred.

-CSCS Card.
