Summary
A leading global law firm is seeking a Senior Client Relationship Manager to manage a portfolio of Global Strategic Clients (GSC). The role involves proactive client relationship management, lead generation, strategic pitch support, and client feedback. The manager will also engage clients on diversity and inclusion, organize client events, and share best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Global Strategic Clients
• Develop and track global client plans
• Monitor relationship mapping and develop new relationships
• Liaise with internal stakeholders
• Prepare financial and non-financial reports
• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements
• Attend client meetings and manage relationship documents
• Build relationships with client contacts
• Identify and leverage revenue opportunities
• Manage panel RFPs and pricing agreements
• Collaborate on global panel pitches and strategic proposals
• Conduct regular feedback reviews and act on feedback
• Research client business and market sectors
• Disseminate key client developments and industry trends
• Identify new revenue opportunities
• Organize client events with the Global Events and Inclusion Teams
• Plan and run client inclusion events
• Share experiences and best practices
• Support strategic projects within the Global Strategic Client Programme
