Senior Commercial Finance Admin role waiting to be filled

Venn Group have been approached by a Private Company, and would like to introduce the following available position

Position:          Senior Commercial Finance Admin

Location:         Bradford

Hourly rate:    £18-£20 PAYE Including Holiday Pay

Length:            3-month temporary contract

Hours:             40 hours per week

The role will predominantly involve:

• Working alongside the Senior Commercial Analysts (QS) Ensuring proper contractual administration of contract/project assigned, including value and cost control, and maintenance of contemporaneous records
• Accurately value works undertaken and where necessary provide records to substantiate cost to allow prompt issue of application for payment/invoice in line with contractual timescales
• Ensure change control process is managed effectively, including production of early warnings/variations, maximising entitlement
• Preparation of financial statements in respect to projects/contracts assigned, working with operational teams to confirm understanding of financial position, proactively instilling commercial awareness throughout the wider business.

The successful candidate must have strong experience with Excel, P&L/Costing experience in a role and be available at short notice.
