Senior Commercial Finance Analyst - Interim

Cobalt is currently supporting a prestigious Real Estate business in London in their search for a Senior Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team on a contract.

The successful individual will be responsible for cash management requirements, business partnering across external stakeholders, understanding the business performance and costs, whilst contributing to the commercial decision making process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting on the budgeting and forecasting processes
• Coordinate payments, drawdowns, and distributions while monitoring bank balances for JV partners
• Customising client reports based on data gathered, providing insights
• Providing analysis for cash flow forecasting
• Developing financial models, analysing performance and conducting sensitivity analysis
• Streamline processes and enhance efficiency
• Support various projects as needed

Requirements:

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA Qualified
• Extensive business partnering experience
• Experience of complex reporting arrangements
• Strong Excel skills
• Real Estate industry experience
• Immediately available
