Senior Corporate Actions Specialist – Hybrid Contract Role in London

Are you ready to bring your expertise in corporate actions to a fast-paced, global environment? We're hiring a Senior Corporate Actions Process Executive for a hybrid contract position based in London. If you're experienced in handling income and corporate action events and enjoy working across international markets, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day processing of corporate actions and income events (dividends, coupons)
• Handle mandatory and voluntary events: stock splits, mergers, tenders, IPOs, rights issues, and more
• Calculate entitlements based on key event dates
• Manage election processes and notify external parties of payable/receivable claims
• Reconcile and settle claims, escalating where needed
• Ensure daily accounting reconciliation and policy compliance

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years’ experience in corporate actions/income processing
• Proficient in SWIFT payments and reconciliation tools (e.g., Intellimatch)
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and reliable under pressure
• Strong communicator and team player
• Solid MS Office skills
