Job Opportunity: Conceptual Senior Graphic Designer

Are you a creative, multi-talented graphic designer with experience across both print and digital media? A leading retail brand is seeking a Conceptual Senior Graphic Designer to join their growing Group Brand & Marketing team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to work across a wide range of media channels, creating engaging content for both in-store and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of projects from concept to execution, delivering high-quality designs and ideas across all media channels.
• Design and create innovative digital and print assets, including social media content, digital screens, and in-store materials.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, photographers, editors, and producers to generate engaging content and ideas.
• Present creative concepts and design work confidently to business stakeholders and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
• Assist in shooting content for social platforms like Instagram and TikTok, and support in-store shoots as needed.
• Work as part of a creative team, actively contributing to brainstorming sessions and project meetings.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Expertise in creating both print and digital designs, with proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Experience in video creation and social media content, including creating engaging content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• Motion graphic skills are a plus, but not essential.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
• High level of creativity and commercial awareness, ensuring designs meet business needs and resonate with customers.
• Self-motivated and proactive, always bringing new ideas and innovation to the table.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work from the head office at least two days a week.
